Company information
Complete your company details here. This is used for the invoicing of your licensee fees. If you want a VAT or PO number on your invoice, please complete it here. They will be added automatically to your invoice.
Teams
The option "Teams" is by default off. When you enable it, you are able to group colleagues in teams. Users from the same teal can see each other's reservations and you can set the availabilities of workspaces per team.
When you enable Teams, a new menu item appears. You will find team 1 already there. This is the standard team. All colleagues are added to this team by default.Via the persons menu item, you are able to switch persons between teams.
Reserve a workspace
Use this setting to define how far in the future & on which days you allow workspots to be reserved.
The maximum period is 10 weeks.
Using the secretary function allows to input reservations beyond the 10 week-limit. This function can be accessed using the menu item, top-right of the window.rm.
